سعودی عرب میں اسلام کی توہین کرنے والے دہشت گرد قرار پائیں گے۔ بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق نئے قوانین کے تحت جاری کئے گئے ایک فرمان میں کہا گیا کہ جو کوئی بھی اسلام کی توہین کریگا، قانون کے آرٹیکل 1 کے تحت دہشت گرد قرار پائیگا۔
